She is a Paint filly out of Laddy and a mare that we sold in foal last year, RS Texas Tuffy. She is a sweetheart but kind of a mystery color, not eactly chestnut, not exactly bay and her mane and tail appear black underneath with a greyish shimmer.....I think she is a funky shade of bay...what do you all think??? My friend Fronie and I had a lesson about a month ago. Fronie is just learning to ride so she used Stretch. I used Reo - my boarder's gelding. We just moved them to this field yesterday. They should have been here a few weeks ago, but Sunny cut one of his back legs. So they had to be kept at a friend's place with a barn. So now till it gets to miserable they will be across the road from my house. This field belongs to a neighbor that lives in the US. I was dreading it because I remember the "old days" when the figure skates were so flimsy they didn't have any ankle support. Or was it my lack of skill? ... We bought the fingure skates and registered her for lessons. Last Saturday was her second lesson and they tested a few of them to see if they could move up a group.
