Just a reminder that Baxters’ Cattle Company & Creek View Farm will be holding our 2009 Team Cattle Penning & Gymkhana Dinner, Awards & Dance on October 24th, 2009 at The Wandlyn Motor Inn in Coldbrook, Nova Scotia.



Tickets are on sale at $35.00 each until the 19th of October, money has to be turned over to the Wandlyn on the 21st to confirm the meals.



Tickets are available at the homes of Scott & Cheryl Baxter at 3326 Lovett Road, Coldbrook (679-2879); and Wayne & Judy Baxter at 3207 Lovett Road, Coldbrook (679-3361).



If you do not have your tickets please make arrangement to pick them up before the cut off date.



Also 40 rooms have been reserved for our event– all rooms are $80.00 each regardless if they are a double or single room. They will only hold these rooms until the 1st of October and after that they will be made available to other lodgers. If you want a room please call Kimberley at The Wandlyn at 678-8311, extension 199, before the 1st, and if she is not there leave a message and she will get back to you. Don’t forget to tell them you are with Baxters’ Cattle Company to get this special rate.
