I was quickly reading through the article - trying to supervise 3 kids at the same time. At first glance I thought it said you'd need 3 WEDDING RINGS (not welding rings) and I figured ... oh no, don't tell me I have to get ANOTHER hubby before I could try to make this! Luckily I reread the post so Lord Gord is safe for now! :lol:

I'm on my third too. Which only leaves me with two spare sets of rings. Not enough for a sidepull!

Riding with a sidepull is somewhat similar to riding with a rope halter ..you have no bit in the horses mouth ...this is what some trainers will use to begin training as if you get into trouble your not harming a young horses mouth with a bit...I ride with rope halter only but you need 99% control of your horse before hitting the trails with this :study:
