Show Office will be open from 5pm to 8pm on August 27th
1. This show will use Equine Canada rules as a guideline but is not a sanctioned show; therefore the management’s rulings are final.
2. Walk Trot Classes are open to any age rider however they may not ride in the Open or Stake Classes. Closing date will be August 24, 2010. We will accept post entries if the class is not filled at an additional $1 per class.

3. Open/Stake Classes are open to any age rider however they may not ride in the Lead Line or Walk Trot Classes. Closing date will be August 24, 2010. We will accept post entries if the class is not filled at an additional $1 per class.
4. Junior riders must be 18 years and under by (August 28) show date.
5. Junior Riders will not be permitted to show stallions.
6. English Classes must be ridden with two hands.
7. Western - one hand on the reins. Junior horses (5 and under) may be shown with a snaffle bit. Junior riders can show with 2 hands on the reins using a snaffle or a shank bit as long as it is not a fixed shank.
8. Western Riding has been modified to allow two hands and riders will be given the option of making simple lead changes or flying lead changes.
9. Western Games may be ridden with 2 hands.
10. Competitors will be provided bedding for box stalls. Please bring your own water buckets and feed binds. Stalls and trailer areas must be cleaned up before leaving the show.
11. A Canteen will be available.
12. Competitors must provide proof of liability insurance or sign waiver.
13. Competitors’ numbers must be worn and visible at all times in the schooling areas as well as in the ring.
14. Headgear: All junior riders (18 and under) MUST wear protective helmets with a fixed harness while mounted anywhere on the grounds. This applies to all English and Western riders. All competitors showing over fences MUST have a protective helmet with a protective harness. It is recommended that all senior competitors wear a helmet.
15. The show will reimburse 75% of the entry fee if the horse is withdrawn due to injury or illness providing a vet certificate is produced the morning of the show day.
16. Entry forms and the Acknowledge of Risk must be signed by exhibitors, agents, or if exhibitor is a junior, their parent or guardian.
17. Any actions against a horse by the rider or owner, which are deemed excessive by the judge, steward or show committee member on the show grounds may be punished resulting in elimination, and being asked to leave the show grounds. Excessive use or whips or spurs will result in the party being barred from the remainder or the show with no refund.
18. Martingales are allowed in Hunter Hack and games.
19. Flash or drop nose bands are not permissible in any class.
20. Breastplates, boots or bandages of any kind are not permissible in any English classes except Hunter Hack and games.
21. Breastplates are allowed in Western Pleasure, Western Riding and games.
22. No whips or crops in excess of 30”
23. No dogs shall be permitted on the grounds unless on a leash at ALL times.
