going to see the neurologist

leaving tomorrow for the trip to the Halifax hospital for my next eye and brain scan stuff.......it will be a big relief to find out if they can do something about my sight............wish me luck.

Joan's appointment was for this morning they went down yesterday morning, so they will not be back till late this afternoon evening time, so i expect we will not hear from her untill late tonight or tomorrow morning !!

they did a whole battery of eye tests and pictures.......have been told that I have to see the glaucoma specialist and perhaps surgery........I have to go for another MRI on my head and they did a bunch of blood work, so dont have much else to say...some folks seem to think glaucoma surgery is a piece of cake...........hhhhhhhmmmmm.......

While no surgery is a piece of cake, I have heard of many success stories with the glaucoma surgery...my mom, for one, saw noted improvement. Here's hoping that the specialist can recommend treatment and aleviate any fears you might have. Hoping for the best for you.

Wishing you the best of luck with your surgery. Will it be day surgery and will it be in Halifax?
