rocky wasnt so pleasent to deworm, so gave us something to work on. no undersaddle videos as of yet, need to get someone to hold teh camera for me! haha

Cool vid.. What do you have in the syringe.. I have a Bleeding heart of a time worming Shadow.. He gets kind of nutty.. rearing, and backing.. I have had to resort to alternative administrations of worming meds. Shadow HATES hates and hates molasses.. lol So I can not ply him with that.

boiled some water and threw a few mints in it! of coarse let it cool before administering it :P
prince used to be the same way, would do anything to get away from the syringe, lucky enough his favorite treats were mints so i came up with this idea and works 100% ive tried it :)

Peppermints are Shadows favorite treat as well. So I will try that with him. It works when I melt them and his pills together.. to a powder and add to his feed.. so maybe that with work with getting him to like a syringe
