Subject: ANOTHER EXERCISE VIDEO Wed Jun 02, 2010 11:10 pm
Kayla and I set up an obstacle course in the house today after supper. It's a fun way to have a workout. We just use things from around the house to make obstacles. She makes me do it 5 times and I'll tell ya - by the 5th time I'm just about dead!
I somehow managed to mix up the order of the videos.
The first video is Kayla's second run through the course. She decided to do it backwards. The second video is Kayla's first runthrough. The third one is my turn - not overly graceful, but fun. Actually when I watched it I thought it was my mom. Scarey how much I look like her and move like her. YIKES!
