We have been checking shelters/kijiji etc. now for a month and no luck. We recently had our elderly black lab euthanized and the only pups we have seen are black lab crosses and I really just don't want another black dog right now. I have checked with a couple rescue places and there is one in Halifax, but I just can't get that far. Anyone in the southern NB area have any suggestions? I am OK with an young adult dog, if it fits - ie kid/cat/horse friendly.
