Too much medical attention...Yikes....

NOW I'm really getting nervous...I had a message on my phone yesterday from the medical clinic regarding the blood work they want me to have before my MRI - up til then I didn't know I was having an MRI - since I had that first attack of what-ever-it-was in January I've had an ultrasound, a CT scan, a CT scan with contrast dye, (3 weeks tomorrow) and now apparently a MRI - when I called the office today the girl told me that they still can't see my liver clear enough to see what they are looking for, so they want the MRI....scary...

Thank your lucky stars your DR is doing these tests..So many doc's seem to over look things way to often..Glad you Doc is thorough

hey kiddo......as CC says....thank your lucky stars you are getting in to have things looked at.....some folks wait almost a year for some tests.......but if the have to look at your liver wouldnt you rather they did it this way and not the alternative...........I know you are not worried about the procedure itself........right? Your doctor sounds pretty thorough....I'd be thinking that was a good thing...hugs

Oh Ellie Mae.. it's ok.. and just like everyone else.. better to have the MRI.. especially if they can't detect anything with the ultra sound and CT scan.. that's good in itself.. MRI is nothing.. and will give a good clear view .. dont' be scared. .. it's gonna be ok.. cause we are sending you all the good vibes.. :D

I have to agree with CC as well - good thing they are taking it seriously even if it is something simple that you don't need to fret about.... lots of positives vibes going your way :)
