I hate being cold, but love riding in snow....go figure!!!! LOL

I am so jealous.. I must be living on the wrong side of the island... not only do we NOT have any snow, the ground is so hard and torn up, the poor horses are having a Bleeding heart of a time getting from point A to B.. with out considerable caution and discomfort. No way I could ride them anywhere here. I am HOPING like crazy for a few feet of snow. I want to ride, and if I fall off.. ta dah!!! be a good snow cushion..lol.

I have to agree. There's something about riding in the snow that you just can't beat. Unfortunately I'm in the same situtation as MS - ground frozen solid and uneven. come on snow!

Di - Friday mroning we got all that snow in about an hour...very weird! Got some funny looks when I drove into town to go to work LOL Wish the rain would stay away, hubby is out repairing the sleigh, getting ready...Tammy, not usual for someone on the rock to be LOOKING for snow - weather patterns sure are twisted...hope you get some, feel so bad for the horses when the ground freezes into lumps and bumps....

It is absolutely gorgeous out, we just finished riding the 2 horses, first time we had them out together in over 2 years...we stayed in the paddock though, as it was only Dollys 4th ride this year....she stands totally still for mounting (stool) and dismounting, she reins really good....she is a STAR! Would still love to send her for 30 days though, with a real trainer like D-Cutches hubby...MEN!
