Quite a difference in the Friday-Saturday forecast for PEI - 2-4 cm of snow, or 25-40 cm of snow????
Quite a range of difference!

| Environment Canada, for sure! I believe the Weather Networks forecasting consists of sticking their heads out the window and making a best guess. | |
