I was planning on just teaching him bit by bit maybe once a week to not put much strain on him, but considering napping is cowboy's favorite past time it only took him an hour to learn how to lay down. Once he was down the snoring & groaning commenced.. Such a gentlemen! Little bit of an over achiever with this one!

I have a No worries Club membership (Clinton Anderson) and one of his monthly DVD's was trick training and followed his steps on how to do it! Next week hoping to teach him to sit up.

I don't want to post step by steps how to do it because I don't want to see anyone who is green / doesn't have a willing horse go out and try this and end up getting Hurt. If your horse trusts you, and is super supple (fundamentals in DUH training or equivalent) and you consider yourself an experianced horse person ( I don't consider myself a fabulous trainer or anything, but I have been around horses for allot of years and understand how a horse gets down and up naturally) then fill your boots! It's a lot of fun but proceed with caution! I am sorry if I sound snotty with this paragraph, I just don't want to see anyone/ any horse hurt!!

Simi (or anyone else :) ) if you'd like to know how I did it Pm me :)
