That is an awesome site!
I am letting my mare go barefoot this year. She is still a little ouchy, but, we are giving it a shot. Not giving up yet.

Good Luck OSB's!
A tip..Think DEET...no, not the stuff in fly repellent....lol (Found this recently on a barefoot forum...easy to remember...)
But "Diet, Excercise, Environment, Trim"

Thanks TC. So far so good. I know Clinton probably thinks I am crazy, but I'm sticking with it. We are boarding at Joey and Clinton's during the spring/summer/early fall months. You should come up some time and see their young stallion. He is a very nice 3 year old.

Nah, Clinton is use to seeing most of the penners barefoot... lol I think most of all the penners from Cumberland County are now BF...
I do have to get up there... and see their ponies... :)

I suppose ..that is true about the penners.
I think it is great, we used to do BF with our horses when I was growing up at home(many moons ago).
Yes...you must come up for a visit. I don't think you have met my Dot Com yet. She's rather large compared to all the little cow ponies around. LOL
