Winter Willow

Well! Here is my fuzzy pony :) beard and all

My friend sent me this Christmas day as I was out of town.. I loved it. Made Christmas all the more Special to me!


Here is a typical Willow expression - I think she's thinking "Are you seriously STILL taking pictures?"


She's SOOO fluffy that her dorsal stripe doesn't show up as much.


Chilling out in the new Shelter. They no longer have walk in access to the barn.. I can't say that I miss that! Its so much easier to move around in there now :)


Check out my new barn hat! The present was "To mom, Love Willow" I think its fitting that it is sort of her colour. She loves to pull it right off my head

Willow looks like a fuzzy bear right now, she's so wooly! Pretty. I love the runin setup on the outside of your barn. Are the support beams just sitting right on the ground or do they go into anything?

Willow gets SO fuzzy But luckily she sheds real quick and easy. I never worry about her in cold weather.. it just does not phase her.

The shelter support beams are in to the ground, the plans are to pour concrete this summer. There is an identical shelter frame on the other side of the barn, the roof is yet to be finished.. There are 2 small paddocks on that side with horses who are on individual turnout.

I'm glad you like it, haha! Willow and Flicka are both such fuzzy beasts!
