You're making me miss my Canadian very very much!!! Fabulous pictures - great to see the boys hard at work. Nothing like having the opportunity to do work around the barn with the horses.

Hehehe, Caramel is a BOY! Don't worry though, everyone thinks he's a girl. He's 21 and had his name when he came to us.

I'm glad you didn't change his name.... I find horses that are driven actually learn their names because we tend to use their names alot more under harness as opposed to when we're riding them.
If I go into the barn with the drafts and I yell names - the horse whose name I call will snap to attention and see what the heck I'm bellowing about...
I know it might seem foolish but Glenn and I were "somewhat" disturbed when we heard that the folks that bought Ceildih changed her name - I'm 100% sure that mare knew her name.
