can someone please tell me in english how to start a blog for SAM...I've been asked to start one up so everyone can watch him grow............thanks,

JJ - You can just go to www.wordpress.com or www.blogger.com and just sign up an account. They host the blog so you just log in and update it. Mine for my website is through wordpress but it is hosted on my own website witha custom template. :)

well, it sure started off sounding easy and in english, then you lost me with all the webhosting and stuff...........Kidding (not really),,,but I will click on one of the sites and go figure out something...........thank you Ma'am :D

I still dont know what to click once I write all my words.........I cant find a submit or send button.......driving me nuts.....I dont know how I got my first post on there........

So I just made a fake blog so I could get in and make this small tutorial for you. : ) haha boring morning..

So, once you log in at www.wordpress.com, you get to your "Dashboard".

The EASIEST way to post an update.. is on the right hand side under "QuickPress" and you can insert the Title for your blog, Content is what you want to say, an tags are just words to describe what your talking about. you don't have to put in tags if you dont want to. You can also upload pictures by using the little buttons. And then to post it you click on Publish.

If you want to do a more intense post, you go to the left hand column and click Posts, and then it gives you a smaller column under that and click Add New, where it's a lot like the options it gives you here on the forum.. bold, colors, center and what not. I would recommend ALWAYS using the Visual option, and NEVER HTML cause that's a huge can of worms that will really get people confused if they dont know how to code.

And then you just click Publish :)
