Although I find this totally unacceptable behaviour, I can certainly see it happening. It's also illegal to push your own snow into a roadway. It's common practise around here and I'll tell you it is a serious driving hazard.

I don't have the news link.. but Greg was telling me that at this very moment they have divers out checking the head of the Hillsbourgh river for the accused in this matter. Seems he had more than Snow rage happening. ~sigh~ He is missing. Life can be very difficult some times.
