We've been working away at screening sand for our ring (yes by hand by the shovel full through an old screen my hubby brought home from the gravel pit) slow going but we are getting there. Of course now, with the dry weather our lovely sandy ring is dusty. My husband was wondering if we spread some calcium on it if it would hurt the horses feet. They use calcium on some of the dirt roads to keep the dust down. It isn't salt - just calcium. Anyone heard of that?
Thanks
