| I have always found that windy days seem to make our horse a bit silly. They prance and dance around over something as simple as an apple falling off a tree. I thought I might get some interesting pics. Nothing too exciting but her they are. They saw me walking towards them and decided to run towards me. One or two isn't too intimidating but I decided to get out of the way. Our palomino filly, Breeze letting the wind blow through her hair. Sugar is our oldest broodmare and a great mom. Her best friend is our Paint mare Twist. Where you see one, the other is never far away. This was my favorite of the evening. Simi is being the loving big sister to her younger brother, Sam and he was really loving her attention...... immediately after I snapped the pic she nipped him on the butt...so much for sisterly love. | |

| The last picture was just too cute. I love catching moments like those. They were standing so sweetly and Sam was nuzzling Simi. Out of the blue she nipped him on the butt...pay back, I am, sure for one time or another. | |

| Awesome pics. The last one if my favourite. I'm not sure I would have been able to stand there when the whole herd decided to come and say hi, without making an undesireable deposit in my drawers! | |

| Just a little question, is there a name for the type of markings that Simi has? They are more jagged edged than the markings on the horse in the picture above. | |

| Simi is a dun overo but her markings are really jagged and the edges crisp. She really stands out in the field. | |

| The last picture is one of my most favorite. Sam, the smaller colt was so into snuggling, he shut his eyes as I was taking the picture and just after I snapped, Simi nipped his butt and his eyes bugged open...like you would see in a cartoon....I wish I had that one too. The babies are a lot of fun. | |
