well as long as it's good fun and play.. and not to rough on Hamish... well I'd let donkey to his thing.. I think once Hamish gets more in shape he will enjoy exercise much more.. somewhat like myself.. right now I am struggling.. but I know once I get some of this weight off.. I'll feel better...

WELL, he certainly is moving MORE......and no way he could have spun himself out from underneath Shaemus last week, so he is quite a bit more flexible........wooo hoo :cowboyhound.gi

The midget looks like he is moving a lot better. Does Shaemus latch onto his mane??? They seem to travel so close in unison!!! Me thinks Shaemus would make an impressive cart donkey!!!!!

Good Morning Ladies...Thursday July 21.......Sorry I am a little late this morning, spent most of the night awake so by the time I did fall asleep it was past time to get up........story of my life.

I thought I was going to give you a little treat this morning and let you see how excited Shaemus is when I first go out and greet him for the day. This morning however he seems to be feeling a lot like myself, sort of groggy and hung over. Maybe he was having the same dreams I was.......BITING STINGING BUGS BOMBARDING BODIES....

I am expecting a visit from Fiere and Rae this morning, so I'm hoping his joyful little self will be in full swing by then.

Donkeys are apparently a lot like Appys......Every Day is A New Day......and who knows how that will End.....

Well that was exciting.. lol... never ever tell people watch this.... they will make you look like your crazy.. lol.... I did however notice that Sam gave Donkey a kiss... oh Sam he loves everything and everyone.. he's such a good pup..a special dog for sure, guess I knew that from the day we rode in the car with him from Azure's to your place.. he just wants to be where you are.. he tried so hard to get in the front seat.. even back then when he was a pup.. he was still to big to fit in front with us..lol..

yup, somedays my life is just as boring as everyone elses.......hahahaha.......but you can always rely on Sam to be exactly the same always......big loving pup, always happy to see everybody.....unless of course they try to steal his dinner......... :cowboyhound.gi

Good Morning Ladies.......Friday July 22........Huge Thunderstorms again last night, my boys dont seem to be too impressed, they spent the night wrestling right outside the bunkhouse window. Haimish used to have such a magnificent mane, but I would swap it anytime for him to be back sassy and moving!!!!!!! Shaemus is bringing him back from Zombie Land and forcing him to move his muscles. I really think Haimish was too scared to try on his own and was worried that he would still be in pain............

I am sure I have made the right decision now, both boys seem to have really bonded and are having a real good time pestering each other. It wont be too long before I can get Haimish back in the buggy.

Yesterday I was asked if I wanted to bring Shaemus up to the Exhibition to be in the Parade of Breeds.......hahahs....me thinks will be a big hit with the kids.....hopefully he will have stopped molting by then and wont look like he has some sort of disease!!!!!!

I'm not going to be posting for a couple of days. Am going down to Azures and meeting up with Wissy, we are going to go look at shirts/sweaters for us and then going to visit Moonshadow on saturday. so Ed will have to keep a close eye on everything. Since we put the big battery on the fencer though, I have had no escapees, so thats a Good Thing.

Good Morning Ladies.....Sunday July 24.........not much to add from last night.....just didnt want you all to think something was wrong............my body is a little messed up today, I think I might have travelled way too much this month, 3 road trips in 4 weeks....and I have been summoned to the Anti Co Ag Clinic tomorrow seems they think I should not have just taken myself off the regimen.........oh well....what are they gonna do.....throw me in jail.

We had another storm again last night......holy smokes, I dont know how anyone is supposed to get dry hay in. I have decided to advertise my 10acre hay field Free for the cutting, its still standing, got some weeds, but for those folks who already cut and lost theirs I'm thinking its way better than nothing.

was some happy to see me last night.......I mean, Ed is a good guy and everything, but not much of an animal cuddler........so by the time I got home Shaemus was beside himself to come play. Haimish has been really easy to catch for the last couple of months......but last night, he knew I was going to throw him in the pen with Shaemus and he TOOK OFF.........hahahaha........it was Great.......I never did get him in there.....but he self excercised by running away everytime I got close........I needed to move a bit too so it was all good.

Well, dont know what is in store for today...........will update as we go along with anything remotely interesting......PEACE....OUT.

Sooke came over and brought little Oliver for a visit. She also brought a new toy for Shaemus.





and she got her computer all updated and downloaded.....she has dial up and takes forever to get videos, we had a great visit until it was time for them to leave.

Oliver decided he didnt want to go, ran after Sam right down the Yellow thistle Road into the bush and before I could get around the corner, Shaemus was in hot pursuit trying to stomp the little guy..........Screaming at the top of my lungs stopped him long enough for me to get there and rescue the pup who had rolled into a ball and was hiding in the long grass...........it took a good 15 mins for us women folks to stop shaking.......the little guy was fine. I'm thinking next time Sooke says lets go home he jumps in her arms......thank god he was ok.

Good Morning Ladies.........Monday July 25...........after all the Drama from yesterday, poor little Oliver will more than likely never venture past the bunkhouse again when he comes to visit. I can probably stop worrying so much about Shaemus and Haimish being in the field without a Larger Companion or a guard dog.........Seems s no matter how small are quite territorial and capable of defending their own turf. Wish I didnt have to discover that piece of information while running and screaming like a demented lunatic.

I am off again today, ...Haircut, shavings and feed, Blood Clinic, Dentist, groceries, Lumber......so wont be home till after 4 I would imagine.

Hope all of you had as an exciting weekend as I did...........maybe not as maniacal....but fun.
