| Well hubby and another fellow have spent much of the fall/winter working on the barn.... we now have all the stalls up, a partially finished tackroom, a work in-progress viewing room, and the outlines of a loft... Here is what you see when you look in the big front doors... nothing is particularly fancy - everything is built to be durable and long lasting and all the different lengthed posts will be taken care of when the loft ties everything in. Excuse the mess   We keep all of our horses in straight stalls... they rarely come inside except in really miserable weather or if they are in training so it works out quite well and minimizes the mess...  Here is the newest project.... stairs up to the viewing room, we are hosting a reining clinic on February 20th and Glenn and Tony decided we MUST have a heated viewing room by then.... LOL and yes, one of Glenn's buddies got him insulation for his birthday   The wall that will face the tarp...  From the alley way....   | |

| Everything looks great D. I am sure there will be a nice toasty viewing room in time for the clinic. Nothing says "friendship" like insulation..lol  Looks like Jenna is attempting the big escape from her daddy!!! | |

| Glenn called me today telling me the Fjord was foaling  It was a false alarm though.... she is acting strange though and she is softening up a bit in the hind end - although her udder still isn't all that big but her milk is right there. | |

| Things are looking pretty good girl! It's sure alot of work. The heated viewing room will be such a blessing. It'll make a great play room for the girls too. I like the toy lawnmower and wagon in the aisleway. It reminds me of our barn - skipping ropes, dolls, bracelets ... all the essentials you know!

| Thanks for the compliments guys We are pretty excited that some of the work is finally coming to an end... it seems like it has been a never ending job. Tammy - funny you should mention the lawn mower.... Glenn absolutely detests that thing. He keeps trying to get it out of the barn and Brittany keeps bringing it back and telling him to stop hiding it...
