| In my new house there is wood flooring. I am not too sure what I should use to clean the floor. Vaccuming it is not enough, it needs to be washed. Someone told me not to use Mr. Clean, so I won't. But what should I use? Just water and a mop? Is there something specially desinged to clean hardwood floors?
Thanks
Oh and maybe someone could come over and clean my floors for me??? | |

| I've heard of the water and vingear mix too. I've used a spray cleaner made by Goodfellows. It's comes with a washable mop head. I bought the kit at Kent. | |

| When we had wood floors we used water and vinegar as well and now use the same thing on our laminate floors. | |

| I use avon bubble bath, smells great and does not streak, in fact i use it to clean most stuff, leaves granite work surface sparkling and does a great job on the toilet, vanilla creme is the nicest one i think!!!! | |

| I use hot water and just a wee bit of dish soap (not enough to make many bubbles). It doesn't streak and it's very cost effective. Also cleans the floor !!! :P | |

| If the floors are really dirty
1/4 cup liquid soap 1 cup white vinegar or lemon juice (vinegar is cheaper) 9 l warm water
If their not to dirty omit the soap
Happy cleaning :) | |
