Bucketlist 115.5 -- MY version of the exercise video!

So I'm looking to lose some weight before my wedding in October, and I've been of course, keeping up with Joan's Bucketlist broadcasts. Well, since Joan put herself a mite out of commission, I decided to start where she left off, and do another exercise video!

In retrospect, this is hilarious. Joan, how do you do this all the time? I can't watch myself without laughing! AHhh it's fun to make a fool of myself once and a while.

Also, my webcam is a cheapie and it seems the sound goes wonky at one point.

BRAVO! Thanks for doing this. One question though ... is it wrong for me to be eating mashed potatoes and drinking diet coke while I watched it?

Joan -- when you go to the video in youtube, click the "share" button below the video box. A link will come up. Copy that and just paste it into a reply. (I think that's how I did it!)

Thanks everyone, haha, it took a lot of courage to do that, I surprised myself. I don't know how Joan does it all the time. I'm too self conscious to even watch it again.
