Thank you everyone for your kind words, it isnt easy at all, however, with his passing, the awareness of EEE has become more of a reality for everyone around and if he saves at least one more horse from this disease, that will be his legacy. Take care everyone, hope to talk to you all again someday when I make the decision to get another family member to love .. Right now, Im going to put the horseworld aside and think of the future ...

It's a horrible way to spread awareness, but at the very least his death wasn't entirely in vain. I'm glad that you are able to look at the very small bright side, however dim it is. I'm so sorry to hear about this, Green paint. I know what you're going through.
